I have went to the office to let them know my diabetic meds at the drugstore cost $500+ that I was paying $15.40. I was told the savings program for that prescription has ended. I ask for the doctor to what they can do. It's been over 3 weeks and no response. I only have 10 pills left. Need to go some other place they don't care. Rate them as poor service.
I went to Westside Health on 4th Street for extractions and have paperwork filled out for my job. The doctor filled it out, but didn’t complete everything he was suppose to be filled out. Now that my job sent the forms back, he won’t complete the 3 spaces that’s needed. I will never go to them for Medical or Dental because they turn patients away. If you start something you’re suppose to finish…not another doctor. They doesn’t deserve one star.. very, very poor service and they don’t care about their patients at all..
If I could give this place negative stars I would. From the Medical Malpractice to just having doctor on staff just to not touch you or run test and tell you, you look fine nothing looks wrong with you…. They need to be shut down
Minimal complaints for the medical providers (the records department however is trash) but the dental clinic is a literal joke. No one answers the phone to be able to even schedule an appointment let alone if you had a dental emergency. They cancel appointments with no warning.
The receptionist was awfully rude over the phone when I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient of this clinic. The call had two options to dial dental or medical. I selected medical and I was still sent over to dental. The receptionist for medical was rude. She did not speak clearly, talked over me, and then abruptly hung up as I was explaining the details of my situation.
