Very kind professional working environment. My doctor helped me with all the questions I asked. The nurse was kind and made me feel comfortable. I had my prescription and another confirmed scheduled appointment right away. Very clean and well maintained environment. I enjoyed talking to the doctor and nurse they were honest and helpful with anything i needed.

I had a bad experience at their Dental department. It felt like the dentist and their assistant were rushing to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Moreover, both the dentist and the assistant seemed annoyed whenever I took a bit longer to respond to their questions or provided additional information. This made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming

I rarely leave reviews but I just never had experienced what I did today at this clinic. Receptionist was kind and welcoming, but I just had wished they had communicated with me that they were running behind, or short staffed or whatever the case was since they made me wait for 40 minutes to get seen. I would have appreciated if they communicated with their patients about timing I wasn’t the only one waiting that long either there was a couple there that were there before me that didn’t get seen either and had asked how much longer it just felt unprofessional and made it seem as if they didn’t care. As I said before I don’t like to leave bad reviews but i really would’ve appreciated it if they told me they were running behind or give me the option to r/s. I would’ve been understanding about it and I know many others that were waiting longer than me would have too.

My experience so fat has been wonderful. I have very attentive and listening mid-wife and nurses who make me feel calm and comfortable at every visit. My concerns are always listened too and solutions are provided. I always feel at home at every clinic visit.I will like to specifically say Thank you to Madeline Gardner for taking extra care to my case and making sure I get all necessary referral. Thank you for being so kind.

Crazy booked in getting appointments, but the actual date went super fast. I got checked in and called before I finished the the patient info paperworks.Love arriving early and getting the early treatment as well!
