I won't even give them a single star because they don't deserve it. But I need to since otherwise it won't allow me to post the message .This practice, unless other Children's Health practices, is a complete DISASTER. It is HORRIBLE. I have been to this clinic for my child's visit twice in the past 12+ months and every time I stepped out with regret, terrible experience and broken feelings. It is a big mess, from the scheduling team, to the front desk(not the male rep), to the nurses(not all), to their physicians/dentists(Not all). They have a broken communication chain. This could be due to individuals ignorance, lack of training, lack of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), or anything else. Whatever the reason might be, it is severely impacting patients and families experience. For privacy purposes, I won't share my specific use case, but I can share it as an example so above description becomes clear.Imagine, someone from the clinic call you regarding your upcoming appointment, then ask you to take an action and provide you with some instructions for the requested action. You ask some questions regarding their requested action and provided instruction. The representative wants to double check with the physician about your question. Later that day you get a follow up call and a representative provides you the latest updates on your follow up question saying, "yes we checked with the doctor and the doctor confirmed you can take the action and follow the instruction as previously provided". Then you as parent/guardian do the needful, arrive at the clinic at your appointment, being called to the exam room, talk to the nurse(s), a while later the "doctor" arrive, then steps out to double check something with the "lead doctor" and comes back with a surprise to you. The surprise is "there was a miscommunication" because, we (parent/patient) should not have taken the action, instead that action should have been taken here in the clinic, under their supervision. But since this was a "miscommunication" we either have to proceed for the treatment without the prerequisite action or we can reschedule the appointment. NOT even acknowledging the disastrous mistake, neither mentioning it, rather they would be focused on doing the job under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome, disregarding your concerns, just so they don't lose the CUSTOMER(patient).REMARKS: My bad experience above was not really due to a "miscommunication" but due to a broken/lack of process in place. This could not be the outcome of an individual's mistake. You cannot make such a mistake that is contrary to your protocols. It is pure ignorance and negligence. This is disrespect to the patients/families, their safety, their dignity, their time and efforts, and more. Your child will miss school, you have to get off work, drive to the clinic take stress to arrive on time, lose revenue, etc all because of "miscommunication" ??? This is not right!!!

Took my special needs son for an exam and for the first time he didn't need sedation. They took their time, the team was very attentive they listened to all of my concerns and it was a good experience for me and more importantly my son. Im so grateful for this place.

The service here deserves a zero. This place is horrible. Our daughter has autism and they don’t accommodate special needs at all even after speaking with a supervisor. The wait is long. Don’t waste your time.

Phenomenal staff! Works amazing with kids. They filled my 2 year old daughters cavity and they did wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone! If you have a small child that needs dental work this is the place! Now sometimes they do have a long wait but if you call and ask about cancellations you can get in sooner.

Horrible experience for myself and my 6 year old special needs child. Their procedure just to do a check up was barbaric. Being a speciality clinic they should have known better not to wrap him in a cloth. He has sensory issues. You just dont force yourself in his mouth to see cavities. Why on earth no one explained this before the visit is a mystery. I was so scared something will happen to me or my child - seeing him helpless and crying for me. They should have made this a pleasurable experience NOT a nightmare for us. Zero stars...
