    Every time… LONG wait or hung up on when I call (hours!) Arrive to a full parking lot gates drawn like they are closed… No one explains why it’s closed… I had to call the office to make sure they were open! I can go to urgent care so much more easily than the hoops jumped through here… Calling back multiple weeks just to get an appointment because their calendar isn’t open yet? Why is it so hard to get care here?

    They should not hire people based off skin color only and then they are unprofessional and lazy and rude hire someone that is skilled and qualified and professional skin color should not be a factor or woke liberal nonsense and nonsenseical corporate policies that don't help anyone other than wasting your time these kind of policies do nothing but ruin businesses with one and two star Google or Yelp ratings because of pressure from the government and the governor Gavin newson

    Staff is friendly. For dental appointments it make take a while for them to see you. Their appointments get filled quickly. Plenty of parking. They are now allowing one guest for medical visits. It’s nice because my husband can now join me for prenatal visits.

    Thank you for your great customer service. They cancelled my son’s appointment couple of times. Then, when we get there his name was not in the checklist as the reception claimed. So we had to stay outside for 5 minutes in a rainy day. When the nurse or someone came out finally to solve the issue but she again told me to stay outside cause I was with my 2 year old also.They have one child with one parent policy thus my two year old son and I are out in this cold rainy day!!!! Disgusting service! disgusting place!

    The services are standard, and the trained medical staff are polite enough. The staff working the front desks and phone lines, however, are unhelpful, impolite and incompetent. I have been on hold for over an hour and counting to register only to be told my information is up to date. I was transferred back to make my appointment and was told "it wasn't me" when I explained what a complete waste of my time this call was. Why wouldn't the first woman look at my file and see that my info is up to date right from the start?! Is this pure laziness or is it simple stupidity? I will be filing a formal complaint. This is only one of many times the incompetent staff has run me in circles. I always feel like the ladies are lazy as all hell, and you can be sure they will have a defensive attitude when you bring up the issue! It's a shame because this clinic is only 15 minutes from my house and could be so convenient! Also - making a dental appointment is next to impossible. I call and they "don't have the new schedule yet" and when they do, it's somehow always full. I am always instructed to call every day in the morning to get a last minute appointment in the event someone happens to cancel. I have a job and life and no time to waste calling in all the time for my basic health services! Pay these people more, update the systems and hire more competent individuals!!!
