The Ladies in the Front Desk are So sweet. I’ve been with Tampa Family for 20 plus years and this location has to be my favorite. They smiled. They greates you! The congratulate you. I’m high risk and have to go to another clinic but the impression they left in my hearts was one of kind! Keep it up Ladies! Your amazing!

Visit was great over all the M.A has to find a different approach other then just thinking everyone had and abortion… MA: is this your first pregnancy Me: No this make 4 but two living MA: when did you have your abortion Me: confused…. I didn’t have an abortion I lost a child that was born early Definitely have to find a different approach…Overall visit was Great

My experience at this place has been horrible. I had an appointment with Mark Davis thinking I was gonna get the proper care and usual ultrasound. None of that happened. Instead the doctor was rude and didn't seem to care about my well being. I've been sick for the past 3-4 days. I can't sleep or eat for days now. Because they thought I had blue cross blue shield and never cared to see if I had Medicaid which I do, but because of that no proper services was done. Seem like the doctor only cared about money instead of being a doctor. I'm high risk and I take antidepressants and the Doctor quoted word for word " It seems like your gonna need more than that". Which I took offensive too and it was out of line. They referred me in August to go to a different place for prenatal care and was given the wrong address. Which caused me to miss about 16 weeks of my daily checkups because I was given the run around. I barley have transportation and have no family here. During my appointment the doctor gave the correct address today and I was told I could go there to get a covid test at the genesis hospital womens care. The doctor walked out without saying anything and a nurse had to come back in to see if we were done. I went to the genesis hospital after that and was told I have to have an appointment in order to be seen or to get a covid test. They only had an appointment available for me after my due date which couldn't work so I'm back to square one. I was advised that Mark Davis could of actually done the covid test while we was there. It was a waste of time and need I remind you I don't feel good. I feel like he was rude and was giving me the run around. Poor communication and careless. I will never go back there unless I have a different doctor who can can do there job.

The staff are absolutely delightful and my doctor made me feel very at ease and answered all of my questions. I am very glad that I chose Tampa family health centers and I will be a forever patient

The girls at the MLK location really helped me get a last minute appt at the end of the day. I saw Lauren Adam's APRN, she was very informative and helpful. Everyone had a great attitude, I didn't feel rushed and I was very grateful to be seen. Thank you ALL!
