Service is getting way better. My therapist is awesome I have a great dentist. The medical staff makes sure they try to see you as soon as possible. Yeah the wait is kinda lengthy depending on who you're seeing. The girls at the front desks check you in quick, sometimes they're really busy.

Highly recommend everyone NOT coming here. Very rude and inpatient front desk and don’t know what they are doing. I made an physical check appointment but somehow they brought me to ob&gyn room and said I need to do a pap smear. ??? And I ended up being told by the doctor I don’t need to do this. Wasted 2 hours at this stupid place. Doctor was fine, but the entire appointment was handled from the start shows how disorganized and careless this place is. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and avoid this clinic. It’s an absolute disaster in terms of management and customer care.

Nobody is picking up the phone, could not reschedule my visit. Additionally, it is a second time in a raw that wrong doctors name has been put into the billing and I am being billed extensively because its out of the network. I need to ask them again to put a proper name as I visited other doctor but nobody is picking up the phone!

The level of incompetence displayed by this facility is only matched by their apparent disregard for their patients. They require appointments to be booked two months in advance, yet fail to answer the phone, leaving patients on hold for up to 45 minutes. When you do get an appointment, Dr. Sethi has a condescending attitude, treating patients as if they’re dispensable. For someone working with mental health patients, he seems to lack understanding of their struggles.Recently, a nurse practitioner here made a mistake with my medication, which significantly disrupted my progress. When I sought help to fix it, Dr. Sethi accused me of lying, pushing my appointment back further instead of offering support. As a teacher, I cannot just be “on call” to reschedule months-out appointments at their convenience.If you want competent, compassionate care from people who won’t continually mess up your prescriptions or seemingly cancel or move appointments made months in advance with almost no notice, seek treatment elsewhere.If I could give zero stars I would.

Awful service. Most of the time they have no idea what’s going on or keep good track of the medical history. Everything follow up appointment I have to explain the the whole story. Front desk persons are just beyond rude and helpless!!! They never send out refill prescriptions on time! I always had to hunt them down for a refill. Sometimes it takes them 2/3 days even if I remind them to send the refill prescription to the pharmacy. People who work at the lab are great, quick and efficient but the rest of the workers are just awful.
