2 weeks agoFor the last 5 years, I have been to 5 different dentists, and each one of them was a nightmare. When I discovered Great Expression @ 297 Boston Post Rd. Orange CT, I am very happy.The people in the front desk were great. Very polite, knowledgeable, straight forward and accurate concerning billing. Also, the prices are unbeatable comparing to my previous experiencesThe best part was the doctor and his assistant. They were amazing. They treated me like a king, and They extremely valued my comfort.The Clinic is very clean, very organized, ample parking spaces outside.I am super happy I have found my favorite dentist for myself & my family

3 months agoI walked into great expressions to get information on what the process would be to be to fix my implant. I experienced a very friendly relaxing helpful staff member who took all my info and assured me they could help. In just two visits I became part of the great expression family. I highly recommend calling and scheduling an appointment. Walk ins are welcomed too. The dentist is kind considerate and very personable. Happy smiles. Mary Ha

3 months agoMy husband and I have been coming to Great Expressions for years after switching from a very popular national provider, and we're always satisfied with their services. Everyone here is friendly. Kim always welcomes you with a smile making you feel like you're family. Alyssa the hygienist is very thorough and gentle, and does a wonderful job every time. I recommend GE to anyone seeking a new dentist.

2 months agoI called before they opened regarding pain in my tooth and gums. They called me the same day, just 30 minutes after they opened and were able to squeeze me in one hour later. The staff is professional, yet personal in a way that immediately put me at ease. It is very clear that they care about others naturally and not just because it's their job.I had not been to the dentist for far too long, due to insurance/financial reasons and was expecting to be given the traditional, tsk, tsk, or a, 'what did you expect would happen,' attitude because that was how I felt about my dental issue. But, I was met with kindness and compassion while being straight with me about my options moving forward.I really appreciated them from beginning to end today. 🩷

3 months agoTerrible practice. I went for routine cleaning. They tried talking me into "deep cleaning" which insurance does not pay for. When I declined, the hygienist refused to clean. I've never had this happen in 50 years of cleaning. She was rude and condescending. They are unfriendly and the place is minimal w old equipment. She was out to get more money out of me. This is what happens when you go to a practice managed by a corporation and not owned by the practitioner.
