The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis – St. Peters

This place I would recommend over and over again if you or your family member needs inpatient rehab. The therapist are kind, compassionate, and they listen to your needs. Kristen and Ethan my OT and PT were amazing highly recommend them. They helped me so much in a short amount of time. I loved that they also helped me problem solve. The doctors and staff are very sweet and caring as well. I can’t thank them enough.

My mother was a patient here from November 3-November 21, 2024. Unfortunately, our experience with the case managers was extremely disappointing. They often failed to respond to calls or texts, and were unwilling to meet with us in person. It was only after we threatened legal action that they began to communicate. This lack of responsiveness placed a significant burden on our family as we navigated my mother’s care.Carolyn Compton, in particular, exhibited a concerning lack of empathy and urgency. Upon my mother’s arrival, she immediately scheduled her discharge as if this were her only priority. Additionally, the therapists did not adequately challenge my mother to achieve her rehabilitation goals. As a result, she was discharged without significant improvement.Despite these negative experiences, we want to acknowledge the excellent care provided by the nursing staff.

Experienced bad employees and felt like one in particular was harassing me. Otherwise, great bunch of staff, nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist. Miss some of the brightest smiles and appreciate genuine help/care.

The patience and friendliness of all the ladies was amazing. Watched them use distraction techniques from talking about places patients ha very been in group all of us cheering the most struggling along all towards the goal of us improving. Also the nurses and staff for always answering promptly when you needed something. You have a great crew and should feel lucky you have them all

The nursing staff was great. The communication between the case manager I would say was horrible. Home health was not set up like it was supposed to be ended up going through PCP. Medical equipment to small for my mother and still not resolved. If I could give just the nursing staff stars it would be five 🌟
