Reform Physical Therapy – Freeport

Delaney, my physical therapist has guided my rehab since BEFORE I had surgical repair. She is excellent, individualizing my care and she is easily personable. I enjoy going to PT to show Delaney how well her magic is working!Nancy, Freeport Reform’s desk manager always makes me feel welcome. She’s all over the checklist of schedules and insurance, and then we go happily into life’s real matters.I’ve referred a number of people here to Freeport Reform from my great experience here.Thanks to the team, I’m confident I’ll continue on an upward trajectory!

While recovering from shoulder surgery, I am working with Reform Physical Therapy. It has been a terrific experience.  I’ve worked with both therapists, Alex and Delayne.  Each therapist guides me through a routine of exercises that improve my physicality with each visit.  My surgeon is impressed with the progress of my healing shoulder.  The Freeport office has a friendly atmosphere, including Nancy, who oversees insurance and appointments and greets each patient with a big welcome.  As much as I am glad to regain motion and strength in my shoulder, I will miss my Reform visits.

Reform physical therapy is conveniently located right off of exit 22 in the Freeport Medical Center. I called following surgery and spoke with Nancy who understood my needs and got me scheduled quickly. I found the atmosphere to be professional and quite convivial. I worked with Alex who was knowledgeable and had a great approach to patient-centered care. My entire experience healing with their therapy as a post op patient has been very positive overall. I recommend this practice without hesitation.

Alex True is awesome! He was patient, listened to me, progressed me along at a comfortable pace after a stress fracture to my tibia. I highly recommend him and the whole practice as a great place to recover and strengthen after an injury!

I just completed 8 weeks of post-operative physical therapy following a total knee replacement on 5/21/24.I worked with Alex who did a great job!
