Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

I have been attending Ivy Rehab for a month and am happy with the staff and their team. I have had a great experience. It's a great facility. I highly recommend them. They are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. When I go there, I feel welcome. The entire staff always greets you by your name when you come in. They make it easy to create or change appointments. Matt Luca and Tiffany are very attentive to their patients. They customized a personalized care plan for me to ensure my mobility and strength where it needs to be. They are attentive to my injuries and focused on making me feel better. They are all set up with all my exercises when I get there. They take the time to evaluate you every time you have an appointment. The exercises differed weekly, Thank you for taking good care of me and helping me feel better!

I began my rehab sessions with Ivy Rehab in October 2024, finished up on January 21, 2025. Worked mostly with Valeria, also at times worked with Dejan, Luca, and Matt. The staff is extremely professional and personable (can't forget Danielle at the front desk). Someone is always making sure you're doing the exercises correctly, and that includes Jocelyn and Tiffany. I enjoyed working with all them, learned something from them all on how to perform the exercises better. Valeria--you are the best! Thanks for your dedication to helping me recover quickly. Thanks for your genuine concern for my health and well-being. I'm going to miss our verbal bantering, all in good fun. It definitely helped with my recovery. I would highly recommend Ivy Rehab. They helped me throughout my recovery process for my shoulder surgery. Dejan, Dr. Matthew and the rest of the staff were very supportive and helpful. I am very appreciative to have been working with them.

Dejan and the team were really great! My 10yo son received therapy for a sports injury to his ankle. Really great facility with a lot of space and a lot of different equipment. I was impressed by the agility/sports exercises the team had him do - great job and thank you!

I’ve been coming here for almost three months for two different issues, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience today. I expressed discomfort about doing a specific exercise and made it clear I didn’t want to continue with it. However, both the physical therapist and the assistant laughed and made jokes about my decision. Even after switching to a different exercise, they continued to make light of the situation, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I ended up stopping my session and leaving.What’s disappointing is that I’ve had great experiences with another physical therapist at this clinic, but after this encounter, I’ll never work with this particular PT again. It’s upsetting to feel dismissed when seeking care for something as important as my health.
