Agile Medical Care

I scheduled a 3pm appointment at 10:40 am, ended up getting there 25 minutes early and the entire office was locked up and closed. I even received confirmation texts about my upcoming appointment at 2:30pm. I called the number listed on Google twice and the number outside their office twice and no answer. I waited until 3:05pm but there were still no signs of life inside. So I ended up going to a different urgent care. Stay away, because speaking to other people in Secaucus, this happens quite often. Don't make appointments if no one is going to be there.

This place has been billing me and I’ve never been there and they have been closed down for months. I still have to report them to the township and insurance but wanted to make the review incase anyone else is having this issue.

Dr. Luis Luque is the ultimate professional and gentleman. He has a tremendous passion and broad knowledge of the medical field. His diverse and extensive knowledge as a doctor, surgeon, and family nurse practitioner are invaluable to the service that he provided me. He took the time to proactively ensure the best care for me during and after my visit. He explained his decisions and directions for care and ensured that I understood everything. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable as a patient. His nurse assistant and staff were equally very polite, professional, and courteous. It was a great experience as a patient and I highly recommend him and this facility.

Went to visit tonight. It was 7:50. Google said their hours of operation was until 8. When I got there, the door had different hours; actually said 9pm. When I walked in the woman in the front said they were closed. I said but it’s not 8 yet. She said provider wasn’t there, which I thought was odd since she was still there. Why would they need a person there at all with no provider? She said they actually stop seeing patience at 7:30?!?! Totally absurd. I called a City MD whose operating hours was also until 8 and they had a provider available up to closing which is why businesses have a closing time to begin with. She didn’t seem to care for the urgency which also made it worse.

I stopped in at Agile urgent care while on my vacation. Each person I encountered that worked there made me feel at ease. My visit was welcoming and efficient. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend stopping in at Agile for your health concerns.
