I had come to HQHT s/p a complicated back surgery. I work with Dylan and from the moment we started I felt like he really engaged with what my goals were. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explained my treatment plan in detail, which I greatly appreciated.The treatment sessions were always well-organized and tailored to my needs. Dylan was attentive and made sure I understood each exercise and its purpose. Over the course of my treatment, I noticed significant improvement in my back.

Great practice from the providers to the front desk / admin / finance team. We’ve all been somewhere that the providers are good but the admin is a headache. Not the case here. Everyone is on it, kind, helpful, thorough, etc. Special shoutouts for Abin, Sarah, and Jade. So happy to have found them.

Dr. McAllister is the best, before our sessions I was unable to leave the house, after just three sessions I could get down the stairs and into the car and to her office. I love her approach on healing, she really emphasizes the mind body connection and I learned a lot from her. She is very encouraging and went above and beyond with all her services, I wouldn't have progressed so quickly without her.
