Ray is AMAZING!As a former collegiate athlete I have dealt with chronic neck and shoulder issues that have resulted in ongoing pain and discomfort. I attended my first sports acupuncture session with Ray and it was even better than I could have hoped for. He took time to listen to my symptoms, explain what was happening to cause my symptoms, and explained every part of his treatment to me. When I got off the table into my car it was the best I had felt in MONTHS, and I felt even better the following days!I cannot say enough about Ray, and I would recommend this place to anyone! Here are some pictures I had taken while I was not the table to see what was going on :)Thanks again Ray, I will be back soon!
I have been dealing with shoulder pain for over two years now through my basketball until I went in and saw Ray. I had two surgery's in June of 2016 and 2017 to repair my labrum in my shoulder one of which was to fix a labrum that was 7/8th torn. Every since the initial injury pain has always been a problem and I was only able to manage it so much through physical therapy. I went in and was treated by Ray and this is the best my shoulder has felt since before my injury. It feels great I have little to no pain at all thanks to him. Athlete or not I would highly recommend Ray to anyone seeking that relief as his highest priority is helping to not only stop the pain, but fix the issue so it doesnt come back.
No matter how much I stretch, warm up, roll out etc. i still walk around feeling tight in my back. It only took one session with Ray at balance point to get a new sense of mobility through my back. I had never had acupuncture or cupping before so was a little hesitant on how it would feel. I didn’t even know the needles were in by the time we were done. Ray explains what he’s doing and what it’s accomplishing and helps relax you through the process. Could not recommend checking him out more!
I've seen Ray for two injuries now as a collegiate athlete and can say he's the best in the business! He's super knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely wants his patients to get better. His combination of integrative techniques has made the difference compared to previous treatments I've had prior to seeing Ray.
Ray at Balance Point Therapy is an amazing clinician. His passion and extensive experience in the field allow him to create a very personalized approach for his clients. The first time I ever received accupuncture and cupping was from Ray for a chronic shoulder injury. He took the time to educate me on his process, making it more meaningful and comfortable. After, I experienced less discomfort and higher range of motion. I was so satisfied with the results I went back to Ray for treatment on my calf after running the Boston Marathon. Would definitely recommend Balance Point Therapy!
