Advanced Physical Therapy

I dont know what it is but this place can't find a friendly receptionist with common courtesy and social etiquette. The clerk or accounting lady is an absolute gem but the gals at the desk are dull. Maybe they think because they are a busy and people like the doctors they can treat people poor.

This is by far the best place for pt. that you will find anywhere. I have been going off and on for various reasons. The staff,receptionist, the people in the gym, amazing off mgr. It's twin brothers, they are the most caring guys..They don't just care about why you are there they check others too. The are very progressive in treatment, do classes on all,the new physical Therapy available. They spend triple more than any pt I have seen.if they find others issues contact your dr. There assistants are great too.But it is also,like an outing for me. The sing tell jokes are happy friendly. And real. All,the staff is. You will never regret it. All 5 stars.

I highly recommend this business. I have been to other physical therapy businesses, specifically nearby Hoag Hospital, and this is far superior. The attention by licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy who stay with me and spend half of the allotted time or more in active treatments is the type of attention I have only observed for patients receiving care in the hospital (often for stroke of other serious conditions).The balance of the time is spent with knowledgeable techs with degrees in related fields who observe and correct form and actively provide guidance and treatments. The DPT is also monitoring during this time. This is far different than rows of tables of patients where techs merely tell you to do certain exercises and walk away. And you never interact with the DPT except for the evaluation or if there is a new problem. Otherwise the DPT spends their time at a table charting.The facility is small, clean, modern and conscientiously observes protocols for good hygiene and sanitation. Patients must wash hands before beginning and temperature checks are given besides cleaning equipment after each use.This all bespeaks of a philosophy of professionalism and attention to care. The atmosphere is very friendly. Everyone is engaged in providing patient care and are knowledgeable. I drive twice as far to go there but it is well worth it!

My therapist Charlie is amazing and the PT assistants Dani and Jodie are the best. Very organized and clean. Very knowledgeable staff and they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend.
