As I have mentioned to the staff and doctors, from registration to walking back out the door I have never had such good care.
I mainly see Dr Davenport. She is a wonderful physician, and very professional.
The nurses people that take blood the lady at registration all of them were very wonderful and helpful people. I cannot say enough about how well they do their jobs.
We are new to the area and I was having an issue with my ear and my doctor couldn’t get me in so I googled Urgent cares in my area and found this one. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. First, it is SO nice inside. From the waiting room, to the private rooms you register in, and then the rooms you seen in. Everything was SO CLEAN! The staff were all so nice and patient. The entire experience was amazing! I get extremely nervous going into doctors offices so I appreciate how nice and caring everyone was. Thank you for an amazing experience. I will definitely go back in the future but hopefully not too soon 🩷
The support staff was amazing and the doctor who saw me listened to my concerns and checked out what I’d mentioned. She was very helpful and explained everything in great detail as to what she thought could be going on and how to exactly take the medicine prescribed due to an existing condition that I have and how it could affect the medication being prescribed.
I haven't had an experience with a doctor's office like this ever before. Patient First was amazing from start to finish, everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. The blood work lab technician was so wonderful and made my first time getting blood drawn a breeze. Dr. Davenport was amazing, I have never felt so heard and like my doctor actually cares about me and my health before. I can't leave enough of a glowing review for Patient First, and any time I spent waiting was well worth it for the quality of care I received. Thank you Patient First Aberdeen!!!
It is hard to believe how efficient this place is! I guess I'm used to waiting around for hours along with dozens of others. Not here! This place is worlds apart from that. I went in for strep throat and from the time I walked in and signed in I was taken back in less than 5 minutes. I waited another 15 mins and saw a nurse who took vitals. 15 minutes later the doctor came in. I was amazed how quickly this place gets to it's patients. All staff is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air. I was in and out under one hour.
