Dr. Chang and her staff are very friendly and customer focused. At every stage someone is checking on the comfort of your child. If you want exceptional customer care, then look no further.The office facility is very new (recently opened) with state of the art equipment. Nothing looks old or has much wear and tear.Office wait time was under 10min to be seen (great). Everyone does their part efficiently so they don't take more time than necessary. Dr. Chang and staff explain every procedure and allow time to answer questions - we never felt rushed. It was not busy at all so I'd need to see if our experience changes if they had a fuller schedule.Overall, I'd highly recommend this practice. I rarely leave comments but this business earned this one.

I would give 0 star if possible. Let me explain the horrible experience with this Dentistry. It is total scam. The first time was ok. Both my son and my daughter had teeth cleaning. And since my son has reached the age for orthodontics, Dr. Chang recommended he can do a free consultation with them on Invisalign. So I made an appointment for him to do a free brace's consultation and also sealant for four of his teeth. My son has very strong gag reflex which Dr. Chang already noticed during first visit so she promised to use laughing gas for sealant the next time.The day came for the 2nd appointment, one of the staff started him with 2 of the Invisalign scan which took about 30 min. All was well until it was done and time for the sealants. Apparently, Dr. Chang was still busy with another kid's teeth cleaning so the lady decided she would just go ahead to do the sealant without laughing gas. My son was so uncomfortable and started to vomit right away and the treatment had to be ceased. Dr. Chang came to check afterwards, saying he needed to do fillings instead of sealants for next appointment. So that was that(No apology no explaining). I was given the proposal for Invisalign and asked to pay $2000 right away to get the one year treatment booked. I said no and told them we had appointments of consulting more orthodontics before final decision. Plus when I have more questions for Dr. Chang regarding the braces, she was quite unclear about any detail.I was quite upset about changing sealants to fillings without a proper reason. I took my boy visiting another dentist. The dentist gave my son 4 sealants right away without making him feeling nauseous and their charge was much much lower than what Dr. Chang proposed.This made me quite suspicious and I started to look into the billing details from Dr. Chang on my insurance.Here comes the most unreasonable thing. They said the orthodontic consulting was free. But they actually billed my insurance(shown in the 1st picture). My son has consulted 2 other places for brace, non of them have billed anything because it is said to be a free consultation. I called Dr. Chang to ask why. She told me because our staff had made time and effort to do the scan and you didn't proceed with us. I insisted that this is not the right reason you can charge me for a free consultation. At last, she agreed to cancel the bill.But more than one month has passed, I have been waiting patiently for them to change the bill. Today I checked again in my insurance app, they not only didn't cancel the first bill but made another bill !!!(shown in the 2nd picture). I am so disappointed and started to suspect the only reason Dr. Chang asked my son to do filling instead of sealants was because she's worried they are not making enough money out of the last appointment. As a pediatric dentistry, she is only thinking profits instead of the kids' wellbeing and benefit, not giving the most proper treatment for the kiddos. I am very glad I have decided to go with another dentist. But the billing problem is still a headache to deal with because they can say a thing and do another thing in your back with no credibility. I really hope this honest review can help new patients to do the right choice in the future.

Really fantastic experience all around. Got my little guy in very quickly for an extraction. They were very thorough in getting all of his background info so that he was able to receive same day sedation treatment. Everyone was super friendly and patient. We will definitely be going back and recommending to our friends.

I love Doc Healey and the level of service and skill he has to offer!! Dr. Healey has been our family pediatric dentist and orthodontist for over 12 years. We have been in his professionally run office almost monthly for that entire time. As a toddler my son had several issues with his jaws, upper and lower, his bite and more that, had a person with lesser experience and training not caught early, would have been very difficult, painful and costly to fix later. I totally credit Dr. Healey for the handsome facial and jaw features my son now possesses. His expertise and knowledge are second to none.

My two children have had Dr. Healey as their dentist for their entire lives. The whole experience has been great. Both children needed braces and it was good to be able to go to one place for both dental and orthodontic care.The staff has been fabulous as well. Always accommodating, always pleasant even when we have had to cancel appointments with too little notice.
