What a sham/Scam. I was told my Medical application was submitted through this clinic Dec 6th and Wed Jan 8 was told at the front desk they have no Record and would have to pay cash for first visit, and then they would submit an application. I sense a scam and would definitely not recommend
Very unprofessional. I called to ask if I could take my daughter in to see the pediatrician and the front desk lady told me on the phone that she comes back from lunch at 3 so I can come anytime before that and they would see me. I drove all the way over to get told that they don’t have any available appointments and they would have to call the appointment at 3:15 and if they don’t make it then they would see her. The 3:15PM appointment didn’t show up and they took me in, the lady faxed my daughters school for her shot records to the wrong fax number so I just waited in the room for a very long time. I waited with my daughter to use the bathroom and a male employee walked out and did not flush the toilet either. It was not a good first impression. I rescheduled an appointment today 2 weeks ago and had to request off work and take my daughter out of her club to be able to make this appointment. I came to my appointment early and the front desk lady told me the pediatrician is not going to be here for the rest of the week and said that I needed to reschedule. There was no calls made to me letting me know this beforehand. The only thing I received was a reminder voicemail yesterday. If my appointment had to be rescheduled, why would they send out a reminder to my phone the day before. This is very upsetting. The whole office needs to get it together. Clearly no body knows what they’re doing.
I Give Central City Community Health a Big 5 starts. They were really helpful I was a new patient saw me same day. The girl in front was friendly and if she did not know the answer she asked for help like you should not like other place. Doctor that saw me I got the feeling she really cared for what I need and tried in anyway to help me. I know if I would of gone somewhere else they would of just passed me to someone else. Want to say a big thank you and this will be my clinic from now on.
Great place! I love my daughter's pediatrician she always listens to any concerns I have no matter how silly it is and always gives solutions. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming towards me.
