5 months agoDr. Carrillo is the best! He takes his time, never rushes you..he listens and explains everything to you! Most of the staff there are very caring, they really get to know the patients! Especially Monique, she has been my nurse only a couple of times and I am already very very comfortable with her! She really knows what she's doing! Great nursing skills, along with a great personality which i feel are the 2 best qualities that make a great nurse!

a month agoI went in for blood work, I gave this place a 2 star instead of a 1 star because this young lady and young gentlemen where the best, BUT, BUT PEDRO CARRILLO, MD was disrespectful since he walked inside the room. I usually go to the location in Tustin but there was no more appointments available for a sooner time. PEDRO CARRILLO, MD asked me why didn't I go to the location in Tustin with a really bad attitude because they where already busy and other disrespectful things that he also mention. It was really uncomfortable taking to him. PEDRO CARRILO WORST MD.

5 months agoCame to Families together of Orange County. Let me just say Brenda Medina is such a sweetheart. She’s welcoming and very attentive. Absolutely love her, she’s so kind and cares about the patients. Thank you for being so humble and kind. With the exception of the “doctor carillo” he’s horrible!
