Hands down the pretties women throughout this office. I've been comging for years and it's one thing to be told to floss, it's an entirely different thing to have your teeth gently cleaned and actually be motivated to take better care of your teeth because beautiful dentists/technitcians/receptionists help you understand how good your own smile can look. I've been here for cleanings, fillings, bonding, whitening, and now invasalign and I'll never go anywhere else. Can you find a cheaper place? I don't know, Maybe, but I had a terrible orthadontist in the past and I wish 100x over I'd just come here first. Each time I have an appointment I look forward to it. The gorgeous, polite staff make all the difference and at the end of the day, my teeth look white and feel great. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
As others have said, this place is focused on upselling. Never seen that with a dentist. Didn't like it and will not return.Additionally, my first attempt at setting the appointment was a random noon during the work week (not a holiday), and the place was locked up. A call announced that they were "open" taking appointments but since the doc was on leave they had locked the doors to potential clients. This should have been a red flag to look elsewhere, but the location was convenient.
I would not return to have a service in this place. Lizbeth is a very rude person, she is a person who wants yes or yes. selling the product offers you many offers and then changes his mind and even badmouths the doctor saying that she. She will give you a better price than the doctor, she is a person who is not registered for the profession to which she is personally dedicated. I do not recommend this place for what they do. it is nothing more steal your money
I love Arlington Cosmetics! The staff is friendly, warm and very efficient. My teeth are perfect now because of their services and care. They provided Invisalign treatment with great rates and I am happier than ever with the results! With them, my teeth have found a happy home :)
I am disappointed to say that I had to find a new dentist after doing one cleaning and Invisalign treatment with Arlington Cosmetic Dental Group, even though they are very nice. Unfortunately this place prioritizes hard-selling you on various overpriced procedures and fails to take the time to answer questions or provide different options. After my Invisalign was done, I went in to get my retainers. Instead of providing me different options, they charged me $1,000 for four Invisalign retainers. I was shocked by this price, and even more shocked later when I found out that the dental hygienist didn’t tell me about a cheaper option “because they aren’t as good.” It is crazy unethical to force me into buying the most expensive option because of your personal opinion. They also quite literally chased me down the street to charge me $130 for whitening- which I was under the impression was included in the Invisalign cost. ACDG also tried to hard-sell me on composite bonding after my Invisalign treatment- making it sound like it was a mandatory part of the process, not the optional cosmetic procedure that it is. They quoted me $6,000 for composite bonding, which is absurdly overpriced, and then made me say no FOUR different times before I could get my retainers. It really is a shame to see a dentists office prioritize maximum profit over patient care.
