Is the policy number not enough? You need the life history of Humana too. Dr Hall himself is a great doctor and he listens and helps. No concern for my 80 year old deaf fathers health or life. Solely concerned about his finances. You'd have thought the appointment was for Humana. Not an elderly veteran. The crazy part is that insurance isn't even a requirement to see the Doctor. It's scary when we're putting our health into the care of nurses who don't care. Definitely don't want my dad going to meet the nurse that was speaking ill of him possibly becoming a patient.. All because she was extremely non specific in her request.
