a month agoBrian and all the team members are wonderful! I cannot be more grateful for their kindness and care. Linda wanted me to say how much she appreciated everyone who took care of her.

4 months agoThe doctors do what they want instead of what your doctors recommend or order to be done They make up their own programs without any regard to what is needed

a year agoThey turned me away from my appointment because I had my child with me. Meanwhile this was never mentioned to me at my previous visit. I am a single mother with no options for child care unless my eldest daughter is out of school. How can they turn away a patient with a gaping wound on their body? I'm a patient with a severe medical issue . I'm in tears.Edit: they reached out to me and set up a virtual appointment and I can speak to the provider via messaging. Changing my review to 5 stars.

4 years agoI've been coming here twice a week since end of August for post surgery lower spinal cord wound care. Everyone, and I repeat everyone is friendly fast professional yet have a tremendous sense of humor because I like to push the envelope and show a genuine concern and interest not only my healing but also what's going on in my life and making me feel like I want to still visit them from time to time after my visits stop which probably won't be for about another month or so but you know what that's okay. If I could give them 10 stars I would and in fact I am giving them 10 stars.

5 years agoStaff were very professional and informed, explained every procedure they performed, very solicitious, good bedside manner, and no long wait to see the doctor or be taken in to a room. However, after my mother had been a patient for about 8 months, no progress had been made and things went downhill. After another hospital and rehab stay, she found another wound specialist, and a different doctor, who totally reevaluated her wounds. After his first visit her wounds were looking so much better. I was appalled at how long we were being seen at the auburn wound clinic with no progress having been made and her wounds getting even worse. I would not take my mother back there.
