Beginning December 18th, 2023, CU Medicine Family Medicine – Depot Hill will start seeing patients at 361 Centennial Parkway, Suite 120, Louisville, CO 80027. Our practice will be known as CU Medicine Family Medicine – Louisville from that point on. If
you are currently scheduled for an appointment on or after December 18, 2023, you will receive a call to confirm your appointment and remind you of the new location. We look forward to serving our patients in our beautiful new facility!
