10 months agoI'm a returning patient & I have talked to about 3 different counselors. Two were in person & they were very thorough. I really loved who I was matched with! Can't wait to reschedule

7 months agoIt's pretty sad when I need to pay on my account and I don't get statements regularly. No one answers any phones. I have no idea now to send money to. The billing department needs to get organized.

2 years agoI started going here during my pregnancy in 2019. I struggled with addiction for years and wanted to make every attempt in staying sober during and long after my pregnancy. I started treatment in 2020 after I had my baby and I absolutely have loved going here. The staff has always been so friendly. They treat myself and my babies with so much compassion and they genuinely care about us. They actually remember your name. You're not just another patient here. They won't turn people away if they mess up. There's not a single person there that I didn't like. I definitely will miss going there. Highly recommend. My doctor was Stephanie and very briefly, I saw Josh. My counselors were Laura and Zoey. They are ALL so wonderful and I won't ever forget the amazing recovery experience that I had there. The entire staff played a huge part in the fact that I was finally able to get clean and stay clean.

10 months agoVery upset with my experience here. All was going great until people started swearing in conversation (not me) in the waiting area. I was talking, not swearing though. They decide to pull me in the back, accuse of being the one swearing and that I need to stop. Then after I told them it wasn’t me and that it’s someone else and someone came up and said “it wasn’t this kid” they continued to tell me how they wanted it to stop, I walked back out in the waiting area and they didn’t bother pulling anyone else back. Extremely disrespectful and rude and I find it ridiculous that after I was talked to they didn’t bother even talking to the other people.
