Magnolia Family Dentistry

Having been a patient for a couple years I have had a good experience for the most part. I started having tooth pain in a lower molar which has been really bothering me for the past 4 days. I also believe I may have a sinus issue that could be associated with the pain. I needed to find out what could be the issue and called for an emergency x-ray to rule out either one. I understand that a last minute appointment is difficult to fit in, but they gave me an appointment and I showed up 15 minutes early. I sat there for over an hour, and during that time saw my dentist walk by several times along with my hygienist who noticed me sitting there in pain, and neither of them acknowledged me or showed any concern. I got up and left and made an appointment with another dentist who promptly got me in. I never received a call back from them with any concern as to why I left or how my pain was doing. Very disappointed in this practice.

Magnolia Family Dentistry is an excellent office with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shortly after I arrived Michelle, the hygienist, came to the waiting room and walked me back to her room. We had a great time catching up while she cleaned my teeth; she is very thorough and has a gentle touch. She made some recommendations to improve my oral hygiene, floss more and rubber tip daily. Dr. John came in to review and discuss my x-rays and gave me a thorough examination. Always nice to visit with Dr. John and his staff. I highly recommend them.

Beyond happy here! The Dr and staff are amazing. For the first time in my life I felt heard and I am finally getting the smile I always wanted. It will take time but the plan put in place is worth the wait! I will be happy to add before and after once the work is completed! Thanks Magnolia Dental
