Never expected to find such an amazing doctor and team with so much professionalism and customer service and emotional support and genuine care about result and how customer feels and creating safe environment before and at surgery and who so much involved in customer to feel cared for.Was scared enormously to go there for an extraction of 5 tooth ,moving from New York and not knowing what to expect and how much happy and pleasantly surprised that I found this team!!! My daughter had to have 4 of her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Schaumburg has the best bedside manner. She was very informative of the process and explained every step of what was going to take place. She made this process very smooth. My daughter's procedure and recovery was a success. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schaumburg. Thank you for a great experience.

Great place to go for implants. Scott is wonderful and I also highly recommend Dr Herzog! She did an awesome job with my husband and I am in the process of having mine done.

I just had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Jennifer Schaumberg last week and I am confident that I chose the best surgeon for the job! I am 44 years old and I have been putting this surgery off for over twenty years due to fear of the procedure. Well it was all for nothing, because I felt absolutely no pain and had absolutely no swelling at all! If you are putting this off like I was, just call Dr. Schaumberg and get it done! I didn’t even have the sedation, I had the extractions done while awake. She is so gentle, I only felt a little bit of pressure and she talked me through the whole thing. The staff is also wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Schaumberg and the Coral Springs location.

I have been going to Implant Center since 2020. I happened to see a video of Dr. Herzog talking about the services offered. I made an appointment and I met the dentist that would change my life forever. I have had horrible childhood trauma from seeing quacks in the Caribbean, so a dentist visit was one of my worst pastimes Dr. Libby change my outlook about the experience. However, after seeing Dr. Libby for about six months, I realized there was a disconnect between my experience with the dentists and the front office staff. The staff were horrible and the turnover was frequent. Many times I would leave the office in tears and feeling less than a person, but my husband and I kept going back because of Dr. Libby. A few weeks ago, my husband and I commented to each other that the atmosphere in the office had change, the demeanor on the phone were pleasant, the greeting during check were met with smiles. I begun to take notice and realized that there was a new office manager. The unique thing about Glenda is that she is much more than front office. When I had to make a decision to do my bottom month to match my beautiful top, both Drs. Libby & Herzog spoke with me, however it was Glenda who shared her lived experience that truly convinced me to take the final leap. Six months ago I would not have recommend this service, but now I am happy to say they are the real deal. They are professional, friendly, and the staff is remarkable. To Drs. Libby & Herzog, keep up the great work, and to the office staff in Bal Harbour, you are awesome.
