SportsMed Physical Therapy – Bayonne NJ

Not happy and or satisfied with some of the service I've seen coming from the clerks, due to mixing me up with other customers of the same first name and not being told I was charged things that I wasn't directly informed about. Acupuncture and physical therapy treatment has gone well. But unfortunately, I also feel that with physical therapy, no one would discuss with me on how much time I would need for treatment so. I find that unprofessional and poorly communicated. I prefer not to come back unless its for acupuncture. I don't like being called back to come in because now I feel like they think i'm I have all this time and money to spend on them, which I don't. I've completed three full months of treatment, and the physical therapist just expects me to keep going. After 5 months of not going, they called me to come by. So I thought I'd try to make an appointment and then my doctor calls me and tells me I need to book an appointment to get a referral before I come back here. What irritates me the most was that the clerk from this office did not inform me about that sooner. That's annoying and irritating, because I don't need it that bad. But why couldn't that be said to me over the phone from this place. I do feel like all they care about is making the money off the clients that come in.

This physical therapy office is a gem! I've been to other PT places, but this one is exceptional. Dr. Macrae is a caring and knowledgeable therapist who's helped my torn meniscus so much that I'm reconsidering surgery. Highly recommend!

All the staffs very friendly, cool and nice. I feel wanted the first time I got there. Their experience and efforts in taking care of my pains are great. The center is well equipped.

I have had an exceptional experience with Kristina as my physical therapist and Dr. Redondo as my chiropractor. Kristina's dedication and skill in physical therapy have been instrumental in my recovery from sciatica. Her tailored exercises and supportive guidance have made a noticeable difference in my mobility and overall well-being. Dr. Redondo's expertise and attentive care has helped me with my back and shoulder pain. His personalized approach makes each visit comfortable and effective. I highly recommend both for their outstanding professionalism and compassionate care. Not to forget, the front desk (callout to Shanyah) is also very friendly and the office is a very clean environment. Would highly recommend!

Everyone is really nice! I had to come here after so many years of running and being really active. My left foot was starting to ache from over usage. I really enjoyed the sessions to help build my strength and mobility. Good location and parking is easy on the street.
