I am a college student with low income. Upon trying to speak to someone about my debt to the clinic, I was treated with very little respect and rude behavior from a lady who returned my call. Around two years ago I had to be rushed to Baptist's Emergency room. I had my appendectomy done as a life or death situation, I have not been able to work and haven't had the necessary paperwork and paycheck stubs to apply for help through the hospital's outsource group. I called to follow up on my payments now that I am hired as part time in order to not have my credit score lowered by going to collections. I received a callback from a lady with a really bad attitude. I realize my surgery was two years ago, and I realize I have not paid a lot of it but she talked to me like I am a stupid thief. This was an emergency life or death surgery I had to receive and that is no way to treat a customer calling to right their bill at the best of their abilities. This is a review for the way I was treated by customer care, the surgery has saved my life for all I know even though my digestion is still a bit slower.
I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Previty Clinic & Dr. Peel. He is a fantastic surgeon and I am very happy with my surgery results. The entire staff is great and very caring. I love the fact that he also had prayer with me before my procedure. If you need excellent care you should only consider Dr. Peel and his group! In my opinion he is the BEST SURGEON ever!!!
Worst experience ever. If I could give negative stars I would. My procedure was scheduled 6 weeks in advance, then two days before the day I get a call supplies didn't come in. Rescheduled again to be told the day before again no supplies and the hospital can't do it either. I asked were you overbooked and ran out because I know inventory should be based on the frequent in office procedures. Her response was constantly no supplies. As if I'm talking to a robot. I understand now why you all have that security door. This is something I'm sure many go thru when dealing with this clinic. Producing extreme anger and animosity. Especially when someone takes off work and base everything around their procedure date. My insurance should request a refund for paying you for me to have to go to another surgeon now. Someone running a more professional establishment. Don't be sorry be more careful with the next patient. Signed Tabatha Brown
Horrible please do not use this clinic. I went under recommendation of a medical doctor I have never been so disappointed. I have vascular issues with my leg needing a procedure early August it was scheduled for September 9 I was told not to take any pain meds for 7 days before procedure even though I am in horrific pain I followed directions. I scheduled time off from work rescheduling important meetings so today I get a call 9/7/16 stating they had to cancel my procedure as they had no catheters how can this be when they had well over a month to order equipment. I now have spoken to a vascular surgeon in Hiuston and will be going there for treatment. Previty seems so incompetent I suggest if you are referred to them beware
Outstanding in all areas of practice, bedside manner, expertise, even providing a very calming environment. I highly recommend Dr. Peel for your surgical care. I drove 6 hours for this guy and will continue my long term care with him and his staff.
