Very disorganized. People who have come in hours after others scheduled appointments go right back. They do not offer mom's anywhere to change babies after making them sit for hours! Ladies up front are sweet, but if you are in any kind of hurry I'd wouldn't recommend this place.
My Knee Doctor sent the referral to this place. I had already used them before, so I already knew about them. I didn't have an issue with going back there, because when I used them before everything went well. This time everything was very easy, and my visit went well. They were very friendly, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
They made the process easy. Good instructions every step of the way. The technician who put the IV in my arm was very good..no bruising at all. And the only place that has ever gotten my insurance right without multiple stressful phone calls! Appreciate this so much
My experience with this office was positive from beginning to end. I got to do all of my registration beforehand online and the appointment was a breeze. In and out. I got stuck in an accident traffic jam, and was running a few minutes late. I called to inform them and they were so understanding. They made me feel super comfortable, all of the staff were wonderful. I am actually looking forward to my next visit, the actual MRI was done in a timely manner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! 👏👏
I brought my son to do a ct scan and the whole staff was amazing. From the kindness of the front office staff, to the lady helping my son with his ct scan, answering all his curious questions to help him feel more comfortable. What an amazing staff. And we didn’t wait long at all.
