Mercy Health – Marshall Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics

Absolutely love the doctors and nurses. They are amazing. They have genuine love for children and I don't feel like we are just another patient. I have 4 and they can be rowdy but they doctors and nurses are so patient and friendly. They take the time with my children that they need. They communicate to my children which is wonderful! The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the front desk receptionist(one in particular, who isn't memorable for anything besides her nasty attitude) we've been trying for a month to get my daughter's papers fax for school. With everything on it. The front desk told me that wasn't their job and would transfer me to the nurse line with so much attitude. The nurses are of course busy so I have to leave a message and wait. I finally had to have my husband go up there and the moment he said our daughter's name, he said that she gave so much attitude and refused to even look at him. If you can't handle the public then don't work with the public.

We are new in the area and was looking for a new family doctor....I heard different options and opinions who to get..I decided to go see Dr. Albertson, and my husband agreed to see him too...Our choice was the right choice! He is down to earth, talks to you, very concerned and listens! We are so happy with our decision....He is wonderful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable! The staff is very pleasant also! I would give 0 stars if it was a option. Im not sure who is in charge here but they should be fired. I have a toddler that almost had to be hospitalized because of one of the P.A's decided to pretend that they are a actual docter and give us bad advise on how to treat our daughter. After 4 months of takeing our daughter to them and the P.A telling us that she was a pediatrician we have just now found out that she is nothing more then a asstaint with minimal experience. Im purley disgusted knowing that there was a actual pediatrician there but because of reasons unknown they decied to only let a amateur assistant with 0 skills or knowledge see our child. Im not going to go into details because im considering takeing them to court but i can promise u that u would be better off takeing ur child to any other doc.

I absolutely love Stacy Kell and her assistant Lily. They complement each other. They are so friendly, caring, and take their time with you.It feels like your talking to family. God bless them both

It isn't that I dislike this place it's the receptions that are not very nice and they don't listen and full of attutide but yet the aspect u not to have one hello if I'm talking to u trying to find a soulotion then please listen and if not then please be quite and transfer me to a nurse my son has a fever throwing up and can't hold nothing down so there fore I wanna talk to a nurse are his doctor not u who does nothing but paperwork thanks! I love my kids doctors and mine .
