If I could give this place zero stars, I would. In my experience about 7 years ago, I had a horrible experience but continued to go every month for about 2 years. My boyfriend recently started going every month for the last year or so. The same issues were had for each of us. They often over charge clients initially for visits but then refuse to refund your money. When you finally get them to address it, they only offer credit and refuse to refund you, even if you want to stop going there. If you need to reschedule or miss an appt in under 24 hours (meaning a Monday appt has to be cancelled or rescheduled on a saturday) you are charged almost $40 each time.. but they don't listen to voicemails so its impossible to let them know since they also dont answer the phone. The doctors spend like 5 minutes with you and they fill the waiting room with clients for each doctor some days. I stopped going but my boyfriend has been going monthly now for the last year and they over charged him almost $300 and still refuse to pay it back. They often do some thing that sure looks a lot like insurance fraud ... often charging your insurance twice..also often they don't like to up the mg for any antidepressants but will easily prescribe other harder drugs..they nevvveerr answer the phone. My mom had a similar experience with them years ago. I truly hope if you go, you have a zero copay & you are just going for a prescription because that's the only way you'll come out happy.

Walked into Lauri Joseph's office today during my 4:00 appointment. It was 4:00 and she was on her phone looking at shoes and clothing. I sat with my head down waiting for her to say something, and when she was done surfing the internet with her phone at 4:05, she said "If you don't have anything to say, I don't have anything to say." I said "okay" and left. Also, the billing department is horrible. They charged me $160 two times when I first went; I complained but had to pay. I now have a $50 credit they owe me. I would give this office zero stars if I could. -Charles Lease

Front desk staff is very unprofessional, the girls at the front desk never answer the phone when you arrive because no one has answered the phone they are on the phone with personal calls they are extremely rude and very un accommodating, I leave a message at the begging of the Buisness day and don’t receive a call until 15 minutes before they close. on several occasions due to the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service I have been forced to go several days with out medication several times I typically pay $65 for 10 min of counseling and find it very hard to get a proscription from my doctor due to disconnect with the front desk. They are young urban girls with little to no work history or any type medical training pertaining to mental health field or any thing related to it . I Emphasize they girls are very RUDE and very unprofessional. in my opinion they may cause the office a law suit at some point

No stars would be accurate, but they make you click one. I was seeing David (not a Dr. Forbes, he has retired. Now I am trying to get an emergency med refill call in' NOTHING. They will not even refuse me the medication; they simply do not return calls from me or my pharmacy. All the $$ they collected didn't seem to buy even enough courtesy to tell me they can't or won't help. As I am recovering from surgery and confined to a wheelchair, which I explained in my voicemails to them, I'm about to call an ambulance and incur hundreds of dollars in bills to treat a panic attack.

They never answer the phone so you have to come into the office to schedule an appointment. I only gave them 2 stars because I like my doctor. They also let my bill pile up and told me after my 4-5 appointment that I was behind on my copay. That was embarrassing, however they allowed me to pay down on it in small increments at each appointment.
