If I could give 0 stars I would. Walk ins are impossible due to ridiculous wait times (ie:2-3 hours). Even with a scheduled appointment, you’ll be in the lobby 1-2 hours. There’s no parking at the actual hospital, you have to shuttle there. There’s no sense of urgency for anybody at this place, and the lack of empathy or consideration of people’s conditions is LOUD. I don’t recommend anybody coming here actually.

Jennifer gave my husband’s exam and fitted him for hearing aides. Very professional and patient when he could not hear or understand instructions.
Always providing top notch and quality care for Veterans. Always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their Veterans and provide a modern, clean and safe environment.
We have to travel 3+ hrs to get here. There are closer facilities to us but we luv all the drs and they are very thorough with the appts. They answer all our questions. Yes.. you do have to wait but no longer than other local dr's we have seen. I don't have anything off-putting to say about the VA & their healthcare. Thank you for working for our Veterans.
