IRecovery has honestly saved my life. Being able to be at home and talk one on one over the video gives you such a level of security and comfort. My doctor has been there for me so much and helped me in every way he can. Even when I relapsed I knew I could tell him and honestly I knew he already knew. The office staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get your appointments. They will call and fight the pharmacy to get your meds filled when your having problems. I'm not one to go to the doctors. I might go once and then just always cancel afterwards, but I actually feel like I am heard here and that they care.

Karen has been amazing! I reached out and became a patient of hers at the right time of my life where I've needed someone the most and she has had similar experiences and understands a lot of where I'm coming from and understand my emotions. I highly recommend using the service it's super easy super convenient and the staff are very helpful and insightful

John, Dr. Zipper, Claire, Angela and Melanie Joy have been an absolute blessing to me. I have been in recovery programs a few times over the years but this program has far exceeded any expectations I'd had. They are extremely attentive,and handle all issues in a very timely manner. I've never even once had a delay in my prescriptions being called in, and if I ever had any concerns regarding my medications or symptoms, it was always very easy to contact a care coordinator( such as Claire) who could then make a quick appointment to check back in with a doctor or PA. My entire experience has been positive!! I cannot praise this recovery group more. Thanks so much IRECOVERY!!!!

I am currently a patient at iRecovery and I must say it’s been life changing. I have been struggling with my mental health most of my life I’m now 31 years old and never felt better and I have them to thank for it. Claire the coordinator, she’s nothing but kind, patient and helpful on the phone and visits. Wade is extremely nice and has tremendously changed certain things in my life. He takes his time with me and he cares about his patients and makes sure that my medications are in order and always fills my prescriptions on time. Jarred Zipper who is my therapist is also the director of care, is outstanding. He is very patient and listens to me. He gives incredible advice and is very knowledgeable. I love working with him. Ann the psychiatrist is great! She is extremely peaceful and makes sure that the medication your taking is right for you. I also enjoy speaking to Angela over the phone she is very helpful in guiding me in who to speak with. Everyone there is extremely special. Overall this place saved my life. I was referred there by a physician and I couldn’t be more grateful. This program offers so many different things as far as one on one therapy, a medical dr, substance abuse treatment, group therapy, social workers, Psychiatrists and more. I’m so Glad I made the choice to go here. I can’t wait to continue to work with them and see where life takes me in the future. My life has already made a 360 change for the better and my whole family notices it. I only have iRecovery to thank. This place gets 5 stars for sure! I highly recommend using this program. I have battled with addiction my whole life, and tried many different treatments. I went to a private rehab, did AA, NA, tried the methadone clinic, and none of those were right for me. iRecovery has literally saved me life, my marriage, and giving me the support I need to beat this. The doctors are the best! They truly care and go out of their way to make sure you are on the right kind of treatment. I love being able to do it at my house over the computer. It's so comfortable. The people in the office work hard to make sure your appointments are right, and go above and beyond to make sure you are able to get your medication in a timely fashion. I love my group, it's so informative. You learn so much about this disease and the better you understand it, the better you can fight it. I can't thank everyone there enough for all they have done.
