Dr. Rupa is a Naturopath who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome Naturopath. She is so welcoming, gives great advice, is friendly, kind, knowledgeable. What makes Dr. Rupa different than other Naturopaths is that she is not here to push supplements. I don't like taking several supplements and they can become hundreds of dollars a month. Dr. Rupa listens to your concerns and tackles one thing at a time. She does not overwhelm her patients with supplements and an unrealistic plan. She works with you to make sure you are comfortable. Never rushes, takes her time to explain why you feel the way you do and what you can do to improve your health naturally. She doesn't come down with an unrealistic and unreasonable plan. You leave her office feeling empowered and saying I can do it because she is very realistic, almost to good to be true. Her supplements are very reasonably priced and they work. After trying other Naturopaths, I can truly recommend and confidently say that Dr. Rupa is the best and I would highly recommend her. Dr. Rupa is realistic and listens to her patients, helping them to feel their best!! Thank you Dr. Rupa for always making your patients a first priority!!

I have been going to Wildflower for several months now. Dr. Salwan and her assistant are an incredibly efficient and caring team! I had lower back pain and right neck/shoulder pain for the better part of two years, and have tried many types of therapy to help alleviate the pain. Nothing has come close to helping like acupuncture and cupping; after my therapy sessions with Dr. Salwan, the pain was greatly reduced and she assists with pain management as well. Will definitely recommend anyone experiencing muscle and joint pain to look into Wildflower. They are excellent and have impacted my life positively.
