2 months agoDr. Ania and her team are wonderful. I had to get a crown today and they made the whole experience easy, comfortable and actually relaxing! I am so sensitive about dental work, but I experienced no pain throughout the entire procedure. Amazing! I am very impressed with her care and attention to detail. Feeling very grateful.

6 months agoDr. Ania and her team are top notch. They work with me and my incredible sensitivity and do whatever is necessary to ensure my comfort. The hygienists give me tips and feedback on how to care for my teeth better. They are just the absolute best there. No unnecessary work to try to get more money. Been going here for 15 years and I highly recommend them!

6 months agoI had a great experience with Dr. Ania and her team. I needed a crown replaced and they were able to remove the old one (painlessly!), take a laser image of what the new crown should look like and design and install it all in the course of about two hours! Dr. Ania and her team are not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable but they are also thoughtful and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Ania!

6 months agoThe amount of instances where I’ve been let down during my orthodontics treatment by this office is comical at this point. I feel that they do not care about treating me anymore, and I paid $2,000 for a treatment that is only half done. I tried to be understanding in the beginning but I’m past my final straw after so many gaps in proper care.Dr. Ania consulted me 2.5 years ago on an orthodontic treatment via invisible aligners. I paid the amount for the full treatment, start to finish. For a year, I wore expanders, and over the last year, wore aligner trays that I’d switch out every two weeks. I’d have to call the office on a monthly basis to remind the team to order new aligners from the lab but the new aligners wouldn’t come for another few weeks, leaving huge gaps in my treatment where I could have been straightening. I didn’t understand why I would need to be the one calling to remind them to order, shouldn’t the team be checking in with me if anything? At the halfway point of my treatment this spring (now 2 years in) the plastic attachments to my aligners kept breaking in my sleep and I would wake up choking on them- this is the lab’s issue and not Dr. Ania’s office, but it took Dr. Ania’s team 3 months to discuss adjusting the treatment with the lab. For those 3 months I was just waiting, no treatment. They finally got back to me asking for $2k to do a new treatment. I kindly declined, asking to finish out the original treatment of just straightening my teeth without using any plastic attachment that might break. That was part of the original deal, straightening the teeth via aligners.I asked for an in person meeting to discuss this new cost they asked for, and we had to schedule a meeting with Dr. Ania a full month out. So yet another month of no care. She said she would call at 5pm (appointment was today) and she had my phone number. I had been waiting months for this conversation and was greatly looking forward to it. I even confirmed the appointment this morning. No one ever called or contacted me via my many channels of communication I’ve given them. I called twice and emailed after 5. No answer and I left a message.I’m not sure what to do…I feel so neglected. For years I looked forward to having enough money to straighten my teeth and be happy with my smile, but now I’ve lost $1,000 with the treatment being half done. Overall, pretty heartbroken that I didn’t receive hardly any communication from the team during challenging parts of my treatment, I feel neglected, all the while I have tried to be patient and understanding. I couldn’t imagine someone else going through this so please look elsewhere.
