    Had an appointment for a broken cap that went well, was told I needed a follow for a permanent fix. Scheduled an appointment2 weeks out was cancelled day of, rescheduled again 2 weeks out, cancelled again day of. I havent been able to eat normally for a month. Would not recommended.

    0 Stars is literally what this place should have ratings of. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had an emergency and was placed on a wait for 2 weeks. On the day of my appointment, I called the hotline to confirm my appointment since in the 2 weeks I waited for this appointment, NO ONE called me to confirm. I have private insurance and was unfortunately assigned to this place. On the day of my appointment, I was told it was canceled. No reason just canceled, and no one in that office answers or calls back. Originally, the lady in the Howell office made me an appointment with this office because they refused to give me an appointment for an emergency and offered me one in 6Months. This place is TRASH.

    Try to find somewhere else if you can. I had a cavity filling done, the dentist was rude and air-headed (like all the other male dentists I’ve had here) . He over-drilled my tooth, I knew something was wrong immediately after because I had extreme sensitivity to hot/cold or salty/sugary foods which has NEVER happened to me with any of the other 6 fills I’ve had in the past with a different dentist. When i told them something was wrong they just told me it was normal and brushed it off. I ended up being told I needed a root canal because the nerve was literally touching the crown of my tooth after that horrendous filling experience. I came back a while later to get my root canal with a different dentist than the one who did my filling, he was even more of an arrogant smarty pants. I just wanted to ask a couple questions and he rolled his eyes at me and tried to assume I was avoiding treatment when I just wanted to be informed. Front desk staff always have a bad attitude and NEVER answer the phone. Unless you have to go here because of your insurance, please save your time and go literally anywhere else .

    Never in all my years have I encountered such an inefficient and incompetent Dental practice!! After REPEATED phone calls and messages to request a clearance form for major surgery (my husbands Dr required it) no-one answered the phone, and no-one ever returned our calls. the dr's nurse tried calling several times to no avail, we left explicit messages as to what we needed and why. Something untoward is happening in this practice, if anyone knows who I can contact that is in charge, I would greatly appreciate it. My husbands surgery came real close to being cancelled because of the incompetence of this organization

    Waited over three months for my appointment got text and emails to fill out the new patient forms. Drove to the office and it was closed. Would have been nice to get a call or email or text. Wasted 10 minutes filling out the forms and half an hour driving to and from the office
