Worst experience ever. Called in September to schedule an appointment the soonest they could give me was the following year the end of January. No choice but to take it they assured me that they would call me if any sooner appointments because available and they also assured me that would indeed be the case and there was no way I would wait until the end of January someone would call to reschedule for a sooner appointment. Well, that never happened so in December I called them to check if there were any sooner appointments. The woman said yes (why they didn’t call me to reschedule is beyond me if they had openings) anyways she mad the appointment confirmed it with me and they’ve been sending confirmation and reminder emails and texts for the appointment. Today they call and tell me the receptionist made an error and they had to cancel my appointment .this is their fault not mine it’s not like I issued my appointment . I’m thinking they would accommodate me with an appointment within the next week two weeks maximum do to the issue being their fault . They said the soonest they would be able to see me is in April!! Imagine they screwed up and aren’t even calling to tell me the appointment is going to be rescheduled for the next day or next week at least nothing no care no support nothing I’m supposed to just wait eight months to be seen? Ridiculous God forbid they call me in April and tell me the same story. I didn’t even get an explanation as to what the error was . Nothing I wouldn’t recommend them at all I’m going to a private office doctors office that acceptance state insurance. These state ran clinics are horrible still and have always been . They may of threw some new paint on the walls and changed the sign but it’s still the same raggedy unprofessional establishment. BEWARE
The entryway is LITTERED WITH REFUSE!!! I don't understand how this establishment serves the Public TRUST with FILTH STREWN ALL IN FRONT OF THIS MEDICAL FACILITY for THE LOCAL AGED.
This is the third time I have tried to make a medical appointment with my provider to be told they are fully booked. Although the receptionist was professional and offered to send me to another location, I am not comfortable with seeing someone else and this is not the first time they brought up a switch in my provider. Do not even waste your time on the medical side. You are better off going to a walk in.
I've been a patient here since they opened. I've always received great care from a very caring staff. But..... they are ALWAYS so busy & crowded. Patients are overbooked with an appointment being only 15 minutes long & the Dr. still hasn't finished with the previous patient so you have long periods of time waiting, (for me, up to an hour) in the room. And also I've gone through several doctors because everyone leaves. It's not easy after you've had a great Dr. for a long time. They need to work on getting more staff & giving the doctors more than 15 minutes for an appointment. They always are longer than that!.
I’m pretty sure a good amount of these nurses and doctors are very impatient, as well as insensitive to a patients needs and concerns. Especially the doctor who works in the lab. I don’t know her name, but I know she does not care and does what’s “best for her” and “what’s quickest” because I told her I faint when I get lab work. And if I could possibly lay down as other doctors had done for me. Nope. That inconvenienced her and she looked at me and laughed. “I’ll just wait till you calm down or you can schedule for another time.” And sat down not caring at all about my concerns. I also had to beg her to use a butterfly needle. Once everything was over, I felt so faint I had to sit in a chair and get my self to calm down because none of the nurses around me seemed to care at all. I’d say this place is inconsistent and honestly not worth going to if you can find somewhere better.
