Vina has the nicest ladies working there. It's sad to see a review about this great place with a one star. Something just doesn't seem right that and of these ladies would be rude!
1 star for the generosity of the dental staff who volunteer to help those in need but this will be no shining review.I am absolutely applaud by the behavior and attitudes of the women who work the front desks and phones. They are rude, nasty, classless and downright mean.I finally had the nerve to say to her, "how can you speak to me the way you do? Why do you work for a place whose objective is to help people if you have such distain for people you're supposed to be helping? No one is forcing you to work here and there are plenty of other jobs available that you can seek out any time."I truly believe that what Vina stands for and what Vina gives back to the community is a wonderful, amazing thing. I know how humiliating and agonizing it can be to live with teeth you are ashamed of and have to live with the excruciating pain that comes with it. I am grateful for what vina represents, what Vina brings to our community and what Vina does to change lives.
It just makes me sad and disheartened that I have to accept being treated so poorly by their staff because I am less fortunate, because I need the help that Vina is so graciously offering and because they are my only hope.I expect that if I am leaving a dental place in tears that it be caused by something dental related, not because of the way I was just treated.
I can honestly say that I had the best dental experience I've ever had. The ladies that work there are very compassionate took time to answer my questions, made sure I was comfortable and ready for my extraction. I had a very stubborn tooth with long roots. Went very well. I love those ladies. Thanks K. Wettig.
