My mother in law was at The Pines for about 7 months. She loved it there and loved the people too. Everyone from maintenance, cleaning, food service, nursing staff, physical therapy staff, doctor's and office staff were very helpful. They got her back to using a walker instead of the wheelchair. She loved to participate in all the activities. She made friends with staff and residents. Loved the food and the fact that there was a priest that came for mass and communion. I was handling her financials and Nicole was very helpful. She kept me sane. We appreciate all that was done for my mom. Her being at The Pines gave us a chance to just be family. I'm sad to say mom passed away on October 29th. Thank you for being there for her and taking good care of her.
My grandpa just moved from another local senior home to here, and we absolutely love this one. It’s clean, welcoming, the staff was very helpful and kind. He enjoys the activities as well.
The Pines is great, been visiting for quite a while now.
It is rough seeing Nana in care. After 7 years of care at the Pines, she still has high spirits and is in a seemingly good mood most of the time.
97yrs old must be “tough”, but Irene Chelchowski is… “WWII, hiding in France” tough. She has seen and experienced rougher conditions. The Pines has lived with nana for many years. God bless the Pines and let the Lord shine upon us all, especially at this stage in life.
Thank you all!!♥️
My mother in law has been there for a month now. Staff seem very friendly. Mom seems to like it to. She would enjoy activities if she could go but lots of illness going around so they’ve been canceling activities she said.
I can’t say enough about the wonderful nursing staff on the first floor that cared for my Mom. The kindness shown to my Mom and family members was unbelievable as my Mom lived out her last days there.
A huge thank you to Debbie (RN) who literally laid beside my Mom after she had a seizure to make her feel safe until I got there. I will be eternally grateful for her compassion and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart:)
