Staff is incredibly helpful, however Dr. Eid is quickly dismissive of anything you may have been diagnosed with in the past, and is lacking on present-day information of certain mental differences, such as Autism. For a friend close to me who has seen this Dr, he completely dismissed the ADHD diagnosis he spent nearly 2,000 at specialists to get, told him he just didn't have it, after one appointment. Have patience seeing this doctor. Anything not of the normal mental illness depression label will probably not be taken care of .

I have been with this organization for a little over 4 yrs as a result of being homeless. A big shout out to Beth Groombridge for guidance and encouragement. Karen Simpson has been outstanding throughout this journey. Thank you and much respect to you both Richard Burtch

The counsellor “Sara” constantly cancels at the last minute; despite knowing her clients are in distress for almost a month now. Not impressed and quite frankly disgusted with this counsellor.
