Clarence is an extreme asset Brooklyn Center Because the food is horrible the staff is good. But Clarence is so understanding caring & empathetic. I would have not been ok there. He went above & beyond Thank you. Clarence for everything. These 5 stars are for you. Making my stay one to remember. Treating me like a real person. And most of all listening to me. Thank you so much.

This place is beautiful everyone was very friendly and nice they keep it really clean I stop by to see my pastor best rehab place I ever been in they treat him very good he said food is good they are taking good care of him amen

Words from an elder in my care about her stay here: “I would describe my stay in rehab as extraordinary, excellent and wonderful. The nurses and staff were very well qualified to care for me. The entertainment was good. There was a DJ, saxophone player, virtual reality travel game, bingo and dominos. My hygiene was well kept up and I saw the special attention they gave to folks with more severe disabilities. They were loving and understanding when I had my crying spells. Physical therapy was awesome. The team knows their work. They push and help you to help yourself. They had a lot of patience and care. The only thing I didn’t like was the food so have your family and friends bring outside food when they visit. They even called to make sure I made it back home safely. I wish there was an outpatient facility there. I look forward to coming back to visit. I miss all my friends I made already”

My mother had just arrived at the Brooklyn Center, they treated her with such care & attention, my sister and I were very impressed. BC was recommended by a dear family friend and we're glad we followed up. First impression, BC is a very open, brightly lit, bold and modern style facility, which was very inviting. My mother's room is great, spacious, clean and bright. The manager on duty was very polite, considerate in accommodating to our needs regarding our mother and asking/answering questions in a polite and professional manner. Looking forward to seeing how well my mother' rehabilitation will go at Brooklyn Center.

Food wasn't that great but if you can get past that you will have an amazing stay. Therapy is the best out of all departments and the patient advocate always look out for you even if it's something as little as making sure you're being treated fairly
