SINY Dermatology – Park Slope

Office is beautiful and clean. Customer service is very welcoming staff very educated on what ever questions I had. I really like my doctor I seen he took his time to listen to my concerns, explained things to me slowly . My office visit did not feel rushed. I would 10000 percent say go here if your insurance takes it. I found this office in a google search and I am so happy I did.

The appointment was very efficient. I was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes of my arrival at my 8:40am appointment. Dr. Dowling was very pleasant. She recognized my skin condition quickly and explained the medications thoroughly.

Dr. Dowling was thorough, kind, and patient. She addressed my concerns. She was very sweet with my autistic son. The receptionist, Dania, was lovely. An overall great experience!

The best dermatologist I have visited in NYC. The office staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Both times that I have visited, I have seen on-time and with effective solutions. Vitaly Kramer is attentive and truly cares for his patients. I will definitely visit again when needed.

Is it even possible to be friendlier and helpful? Not in my book. First time visitor, only compliments. This cat is not the client but is a dear friend.
