NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Williamsburg

The most horrible experience ever at a clinic. When I called to book an appointment the receptionist had a horrible attitude. These people don't even know when the doctor will be in to see a patient. I tried booking a checkup and they said "well we don't know when the doctor will be back, she's only here about once a month and not consistently." What kind of hospital for women's care is this? I immediately changed my doctor. Don't compromise your health with these unprofessional kind of people.

I made my first appointment here, received a confirmation text, confirmed my appointment, and took public transit for 2 hours only to be told my doctor was on vacation. I was annoyed the first time. Then, it happened 2 more times with the same receptionist who rescheduled me. Clearly, they have a booking issue, but no issue wasting people’s time. This is unacceptable for a medical office. For it to happen three times that means that they didn’t correct the issue and this happened to several people. I just hope everyone who missed their appointment was able to follow up somewhere else. People don’t have time for their schedules to be messed with, and some people may just give up and not receive life saving information.

Best Medicaid network in NYC! Better service than any other non-Medicaid system. The online app/portal works great, and there's always summertime to answer the phone during operating hours. The staff is great. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

In regards to covid testing at this location:I was very frustrated by how long it took. I was only 6th in line and it still took 1 hour to get tested.However, everyone working here is so so so kind it made up for it.So just be prepared to wait a while. Dress warm.

Peds is the best especially Maria the receptionist. Always makes sure you are attended to and in a calmly manner.
