New York Ophthalmology – Brooklyn

Do not waste your time. Had an appointment at 1:30, doctor didn’t see me until 4:30. Not just me, but everyone was outraged, walking around the hallways complaining. Doctor then ignored what I asked or my previous experience with doing what they suggested. Told me just to it and this time it’ll be different… man I never write a review but they need to figure their shit out.

I had an eye infection, and this is my sixth visit to the clinic! My eye is still full of pus, and the issue hasn’t been resolved. Every time, they give me something different, and nothing helps. On top of that, they charge me a lot of money for each visit. Don’t come here—it’s a joke of a clinic.

Great and prompt service by all staff !!!! And I would like to give a special shout out to katherine & yokukimi . At the front desk they are very helpful with the process of getting me and my mother settled I appreciate them both.!!!!!! 💖

Waited nearly 2 hrs after my scheduled appointment time to see a doctor, and it wasn’t even the doctor i scheduled the appointment with. Would give 0 stars if that was an option

Ive been coming here for a while and at first I thought it was pretty decent but lately it has been terrible. I’ll make an appointment months in advance and have it canceled a week before because the doctor isn’t gonna be there. And it happened again just now, the same issue second time in a row. They also gave me no options to reschedule the appointment only one day which I cannot make it. Also the waiting room is a nightmare!!! Over an hour wait and people are literally having to sit on the floor, stand around, because there aren’t any more seats available to wait. Definitely go somewhere else if you have the option
