From start to finish, one of the most unprofessional disrespectful medical experiences I have ever had. When you're paying $150 for a CT/ 3D Cone scan, you expect to walk in and be treated respectfully and in a professional manner.I came into their office nervous, because I had just begun long, complex dental work process. I thought I was in the wrong office because people were wearing jeans. I also wasn't addressed by my name, she kept calling me "hun". I don't care how young I look, NOT OKAY. I tried asking questions to confirm that the correct x-rays were being taken and got brushed off and told the same statement over and over and over, "We're just following what your dentist gave us. We're just following what your dentist gave us" . So they ended up taking a panoramic x-ray, that my orthodontist had already taken the week before. So not only was I charged an additional $50 for an x-ray I didn't need, my body was exposed to additional harmful rays.After I noticed my card was charged $200 instead of $150 I asked how much my 3D cone scan was. The receptionist completely blew me off, "Oh well it's done, nothing I can do". So the owner Mike called me several days later and acted nice at first but had NO plan to give me good customer service, refund my money or even apologize for the experience.It was just really disappointing and frustrating to feel like no one was listening or cared that I was offended and frustrated. At that point it wasn't about the $50 overcharge, it was simply that Mike the owner could have cared LESS how I felt. When I said to Mike, "Look you're a business owner, I'm a business owner please just refund me the $50 and this will be done" He had the nerve to respond, "Oh so is this how you do all your business over $50." THAT's why this review was typed. I couldn't believe the GALL, the insolence and amount of rudeness in one conversation!!I will definitely NEVER be returning to this imaging center and I will tell my dentist NOT to send any of his clients their way.
Having a complication with my wisdom teeth. I was referred over to get a CT scan so the oral surgeon could have a better look. The lady was very nice and did a quick and great job with the scan!! Parking could be a little better but hey this is California after all..
Very nice staff. They were able to accommodate an appointment with in a day for me. Convenient parking in front and on the side. I walked in and was seen instantly, no wait. In and out in 15 minutes.
This center was so professional. From the moment I was greeted, to the way they answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. Also, they are reasonably priced . Highly recommended.
