This agency is taking advantage of the court system by even existing as a practice. The practitioner leading the ADIS class my partner attended was late to class, admitted knowing little about multiple substances, talked about topics not relating to drugs or alcohol, actively condescended attendees after encouraging contributions, and topped the class by playing animal videos on youtube. All for the price of $200!

I had gone here before for treatment and it was great 8 years ago. I tried to return to take a course the court ordered me to take 8 years ago (I was not aware) and they told me I needed to do an evaluation and then proceeded to tell me they do not offer the treatment to women. All the appreciation I had for this business went out the window. I even repeated what they told me for clarification. I should take it further for discrimination and then being biased. I'm still in shock of hearing that I can't get help because I'm a woman

James Follman is by far the most boring and ill-informed person that you could ever take DV classes from. He spends 90% of his classes talking about himself. He never once talked about domestic violence EVER during the entire set of all his classes. He seems to not have a clue what he is supposed to do, he also seems bored of that industry. He inherited his business from his mom. She likely was good at what she did. The only teaching that James ever did was to read from a book by the Gottman's. He never talked about DV -- never. It was amazingly bad, uninformative and boring as hell. A total waste of time.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Stay away from this place at all cost! I wanted a simple evaluation.. that turned into a nightmare. They kept trying to force me into things I did not ask for at all trying to milk me for my money! After faxing and bringing in a copy of my insurance. I was charged $100 cash for an evaluation and UA. It is a $20 co-pay through my insurance. Later... much, much later I get several calls asking me if I want them to continue working on me evaluation that I had already stated that I did not want them to do. I emailed and called the "biller" and stated I wanted my case closed because it was too expensive. I then get a notice in the mail 3 months later showing that I owe them $480.. for what!? Something that they never did! This place is a complete SCAM! I kept being told "We'll let the doctors licence do its thing" I work in the health care field with doctors and nurses.. this place is a waste of time. I ended up finishing my evaluation at Phoenix recovery. Much nicer people! Much better staff! They at least know what they are doing. I warn you AVOID these people at all cost!

My husband went into this appointment that was made plenty of time in advance. They also had his insurance information and social for a couple of weeks. He leaves early from work to go to this appointment, and they tell him he has to fork out 150 dollars in cash in order for them to keep his appointment. UH NO. luckily he walked right out, and all her excuse was "there is no one here to run insurance right now." When i call to ask why, I was the bad guy.Stay away from this place people. Its Shady, the people are rude. Not worth the time or effort.
