PLEASE, if you guys are advertising yoru business on the radio, etc., have a robust system or people with training in customer service to respond to emails and leads generated through your web site. Do not blame the technology, fix the issue because this is a life altering issue for many and the fact that you can not even respond to an incoming lead is either a sad tech issue or I fear even worse, a dont care attitude because you have the luxury of a lot of new clients. I am hoping this is not true and you will fix this, reading recent reviews on Google, this is a recent practice. FIX IT PLS!

No communication!!! Booked a free assessment through website, had the consultation which was good. Person I was dealing with said they would send me more information including a price breakdown of services I wanted to do. After weeks of waiting I followed up with a phone call, no answer. Left a voice mail and waited again. No return phone call. I tried to give them my money but I guess they didn’t want it. Very poor for a company to operate this way and not able to get through and speak to someone on the phone is very frustrating. I have advised others that we’re looking to use this company of my experience and warned them. BEWARE.

Great team of staff from front desk to the nurses conducting the EECP machine therapy. You learn a lot from the thorough until testing they did as well - much more information than my regular medical blood work I get done. Diamond (i call him the Happy Scientist) the founder of the clinic really has a passion for hearth health, and it's clear he wants to help people learn about this disease and how to give each person the best chance to heal properly. It is definitely worth spending money on the clinic and treatment, both if you have heart disease or as a preventative measure. And I found the knowledge gained about choosing the right supplements is so important. This type of treatment and attention you get is missing from our mainstream medical system, and is definitely a welcomed aspect in my view. Happy they have come to BC.

My experience with this Clinic has been FABULOUS...from the initial consult through to the detailed testing and follow-up to the 1 hour recommendation and report session. I'm now working with Raj regularly performing resistance training exercises that have improved my alignment and mobility issues...not to mention sleeping better because I'm back exercising regularly.
