Park Nicollet Women’s Clinic and OBGYN Burnsville 14101 Building

I scheduled an appointment to get my Depo shot. When I arrive to my appointment, I had to wait 28 minutes for a nurse to call me from the waiting room to give me my shot. Horrible experience!

Whoever took my call at 2:57 today was beyond rude and inpatient. Called in because my appointment was canceled and the woman cut me off aggressively, and she just absolutely escalated my frustration. She wouldn’t listen to a single thing I had to say and wouldn’t help/work with me at all. Wasn’t even upset when I called in, and now won’t be coming in at all due to staff. Also why is a consult required even after my primary physician in the same medical office gave me all the same information and referred me to make an appointment to get a procedure done she couldn’t do? So I have to pay two co-pays for information I already received? Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Whoever answered that phone needs some serious customer service skills coming from a customer service rep.

This place has the WORST doctors- and the one I just saw was very rude and made me uncomfortable in multiple ways. Nurse and doctor both wouldn’t take the 1-2 minutes to manually check my blood pressure and decided to then change my prescriptions based off the results they got from their own negligence and poor etiquette (what medical professional ignores such a simple request unless incompetent or rude?) by refusing to do a simple accommodation that would have taken almost no effort from them… I hope people stop going here entirely so they have a chance to feel comfortable and cared for like you should feel when visiting a doctor’s office. They seemed nothing short of bitter and filled with silent resentment toward their patients, which is a scary environment to be in when you’ve done nothing to personally deserve them to meddle with your medicines and livelihood.

Had a great experience with this clinic during my pregnancy. Doctors were kind and attentive, answered all my questions. Nurse line was a huge help. Ultrasound techs were incredible. Highly recommend Dr. Schlies and Dr. Chan!

Dr Schlies is awesome! Felt like I was heard and she was very proactive. No wait and see kind of approach which I really appreciated! Ultrasound tech was also so sweet and friendly!
