Visions Teen Residential Treatment

This program is not what it seems. They pass themselves off as a small, caring program. Once you give them a check, their tone changes. Calls are not returned. Concerns are dismissed out of hand. You get passed off to their “corporate headquarters” in New York, which seems to be an old apartment building by the Discount Mart at 14 West, 14th Street in New York. If you get redirected to this “headquarters” good luck getting a returned call. After it was all said and done, my wife & I pulled our daughter out of this train wreck and placed her at another teen facility called Visions Treatment Ctr. Our experience there was much better and our little girl is doing great - Thank God :) Just an FYI, after the fact we learned from a local therapist that Newport Academy has actually been cited by the Department of Social Services here in California!
