I’ve seen quite a few dentists over the years, and Dr. Graas is by far the best. She combines exceptional skill with a warm and caring approach, making each visit comfortable. She takes the time to explain every procedure, ensuring that I feel well-informed. She's incredibly detail-oriented and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Graas to anyone looking for a dentist who truly puts their patients and practice first
I've been a patient at this practice for decades, first with Dr. Swanlund, and now with Dr. Graas. I've had the same hygenist, Mark, for almost that whole time as well. I am a health professional, and I have complete confidence in this team. They look after my family as well, including my special needs kid. They don't recommend expensive cosmetic things that I don't need, or order unnecessary xrays. They are always open to discuss anything they recommend- very professional.
Eau Claire Park Dental have excellent Staff members. Dr. Graas and Dental Assistant, Tracey was very friendly and informative to me, and professional. It makes me feel welcome and comfort.
Dental Administrator, Laura was very patient and details to give me all answers about my questions. She is very informative and professional.

Service is always excellent. Mark is my hygienist . He is always professional, very capable, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Graas is my dentist, she is professional, friendly , well informed and willing to discuss all the possible solutions .
I've been a client of this office for 25 years: Gail, Jenn and the saber toothed, painting old guy. The professionalism, efficiency and work has always been top notch.
I have a cleaning, x-rays, exam and many filling due for September which had been put off because I had a dental plan coming. The paperwork arrived in the mail yesterday and I now understand that this office will not take CDCP. Sadly I need to start the search for another dentist if I want to get my 60% off.
I've called around to a few top notch dentists, who also refuse CDCP because CDCP pays only 85-90% of the provincial rates.
I'm not happy having to start my dental journey from scratch, wish this office well and hope, in 2025 when CDCP takes in the rest of the population without a dental plan, they might reconsider their decision to bush aside CDCP.
