New dental clinic in lively area. Beautiful bathrooms with Toto toilet and Dyson hand dryer. The ceiling of the hallway has a nice touch of woodwork. New chairs and dental cleaning equipment. Took a brief time for me to get used to the new cleaning method. In the end, I preferred the new cleaning method this office has in place being more efficient and painless. I tend to have lots of plaque and not every hygienist is good. Pricing is fair as my insurance was able to cover the charges. Not all dental offices charge reasonable prices. Dr. David was very considerate and took the time to place a towel under the bib to protect my office wear.
I just moved from Toronto, and unsure where to book for dental exam and cleaning. I decided to try out this place because it is across my home, and the facility looks brand new from the outside.
The front desk lady was super nice and friendly, she did all the paper work for the claim, I didn’t have to deal with my insurance at all.
Doctor David and his assistance were very gentle, and informative. Always checking on me if I am doing okay thru out the procedure. And they have portable TV to watch netflix or youtube while having the procedure done.
I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and care provided by their team. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.
The first thing that struck me was the ambiance of the clinic—clean, modern, and inviting. It immediately put me at ease, as visiting the dentist can often be an anxiety-inducing experience. However, the friendly smiles of the staff and the calming atmosphere helped alleviate any nerves I had. Not only was the dental care top-notch, but the clinic also adhered to the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols, which is especially important in the current times.
Very much impressed with your clinic! Dr. Nyugen, Karen and Cora are ALL super friendly and accommodating…very much appreciated the patience and kindness directed to my 95 year old Mom…thank you Monarch Landing Dental Clinic, Dr. Nyugen, Karen and Cora! We will be back!
This was my first time at Monarch Landing Dental and staff honestly don't get much friendlier than this. Cora at reception is ridiculously friendly and really made me feel welcome which helped reduced my anxiety.
Dr. Nguyen was incredibly thorough and took great care with being gentle during my teeth cleaning which I really appreciated.
Given how nice the entire staff is and how meticulous Dr. Nguyen is, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this dental office to friends and family and like Arnold, I'll be back!
